Your IP for gaming and game servers
Copy the address friends need to join your server, measure ping and jitter, and find out why port forwarding fails.

What does “not confirmed” mean?
A timeout, browser restriction, VPN setting or unavailable test endpoint can prevent confirmation. It does not prove that your network lacks IPv4 or IPv6. Refresh to try again or read the IPv4 and IPv6 guide.
Address to give your friends
How to forward a port
- Give the PC that runs the server a fixed local address (a DHCP reservation in your router).
- In the router’s Port Forwarding or Virtual Server page, forward the game’s port and protocol to that local address.
- Allow the server program through the PC’s firewall.
- Start the server and have a friend outside your network join with the address above. Testing from inside your own network can fail even when forwarding works.
- Still unreachable? Run the CGNAT check below.
Default ports from each game’s server documentation; your server’s settings take precedence.

Waiting for your connection…
This measures HTTP response times from your browser to a Cloudflare test endpoint. It is not an in-game or ICMP ping test. Your game server may use a different route and have a different response time. Pause downloads and streams for a clearer result.
Can friends reach your server?
Open your router’s admin page (often 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1) and find the WAN, Internet or External IP. Enter it to compare with the public IPv4 websites see.
The WAN address you enter is compared in your browser and is not submitted to our server.
